1. Who we are

PT Trustica Sino Indomedica (“Trustica”) operates the Glucose Intelligence Programme (GIP™) in Indonesia. We are based in Jakarta and registered under Indonesian law. Contact: info@trustica-medtech.com

2. What data we collect

When you enrol in the GIP™ programme we collect:
• Your name, contact details, and relevant medical background
• Continuous glucose readings from your Yuwell Anytime 5 sensor — accessed through the Yuwell platform API with your consent
• Clinical findings generated by AURTORA™ from your glucose data, including your GIP™ report
• WhatsApp messages between you and the Trustica clinical team during your session

If you visit our website we collect standard analytics data (pages visited, session duration). No personal information is collected without your consent.

3. How we obtain your consent

Trustica uses a two-step consent process. You first consent through the Yuwell platform when activating your sensor. Before any of your data is accessed or analysed by Trustica, you receive a separate consent request via WhatsApp at GIP™ onboarding. Your programme does not begin until you confirm this consent.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to deliver your GIP™ programme — analysing your glucose readings, generating your clinical report, communicating findings to you and your physician, and maintaining your permanent health archive. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Who we share your data with

We share your data only with: your nominated physician; your hospital if you enrolled through a Hermina partner; PT Yuwell Indonesia (device partner, API access only); and technology service providers who support our platform under strict data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else.

6. Your data storage

Your glucose data and clinical reports are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in Jakarta, Indonesia (AWS Asia Pacific ap-southeast-3). Your data does not leave Indonesian jurisdiction. Your history is stored permanently in your Trustica health archive and remains accessible even after a session ends. You can request a full export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022) you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights: info@trustica-medtech.com. We respond within 14 business days.

8. Changes to this policy
